Account Creation

We use your device ID for account creation. If you reinstall the app, your device ID may change, so it's recommended that you save your game progress to the cloud by associating it with an email address from your in-game profile settings.

Technical Information And Data

In order to maintain and analyze the functioning of the App and to personalize the content of the App we collect technical data necessary for you to use our App. We automatically obtain certain information about your computing device, including:

• Language; Locale (specific location where a given language is spoken);
• Technical device information (e.g. unique device ID, device model and name, operating system name and version, CPU information, storage size, screen size, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) on Android, Android ID, Android Serial No);
• Operating system;
• Web browser type;
• Your IP address;

A cookie is a small piece of data that is stored on your device to help the mobile apps remember things about you. Like most providers of online services, we use cookies for a number of reasons, like improving our users’ experience, keeping our services secure, and just generally providing you with a better, more intuitive, and satisfying experience. Our cookies collect information about your players and your game progress (diamonds, money, challenges, statistics) and your settings (email, avatar, language, date time format, currency).

We use third party analytics providers and products to obtain, compile and analyze Information about how users are using and interacting with this service. These analytics providers may use tracking techniques other than HTTP cookies to recognize your device and/or to collect or compile this information. StackTech Software SRL has no responsibility for the technologies, tools or practices of the third parties that providing analytics products and services to our application. Please also keep in mind that your device may not permit you to block the use of these techniques.

We allow third-party companies to serve ads and/or collect certain anonymous information when you visit our website or application. These companies may use non-personally identifiable information (e.g., click stream information, browser type, time and date, subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over) during your visits to this and other Websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services likely to be of greater interest to you. These companies typically use a cookie or third party web beacon to collect this information.

Third-Party Service Providers

Children’s Privacy

These services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

Inactive account policy

If you are inactive for more than 14 days, we reserve the right to deactivate/delete your account.

Fraud

We reserve the right to block or delete an account in one of the following cases:

• An user has multiple accounts created;
• An user commits fraud with the in-app purchases (e.g. fake purchases);
• An user commits fraud with the rewarded video bonus;
• Inappropriate conduct towards other players;

Game Data loss

We are not responsible for the loss of data if you do not decide to associate an email address (an account) with your progress or the process of saving/synchronizing the progress is interrupted (e.g. turning off the phone, closing the game, losing the internet connection).

By accepting the privacy policy, you understand that some game data (eg career mode game data, statistics, match history) is not saved in our cloud, even if you associate an email address with your account because this data is only saved in your device cache/storage. Your career mode game data may disappear if you wipe your device's storage.
